[How to Use Your IC Card]
Tap your IC card for a second on the card reader located on the bus.On all buses of Kansai Airport Transportation, the fare payment will be done by one quick tap when getting on the bus.No need to tap your card when getting off.
*For passengers who go to "Highway Kyotanabe" or "Senri New Town","Hirakata","Kuzuha","Kakogawa","Sanyo Interchange" by the bus departing from Kansai Airport, please let the driver know of your destination before tapping your card and wait until the fare is adjusted for you.
[Fares]
No discount is applied on "round trip", "certain fare amount, etc".Discount is applied only for passengers who fall under the category of above stated " For Passengers with Disabilities".Show your disability certificate booklet to the driver before tapping your IC card and wait until the fare is adjusted for you. (*Discount is not applied for PiTaPa Card.)
[Precautions for Using IC Cards]
・Slowly tap a card you use to the reader according to the driver's instruction.
・Receipt is not issued when using IC cards.
・If the remaining balance of your prepaid cards (ICOCA, SUICA, etc.) is not enough for the fare of your destination, you are not allowed to board. Please pay attention to the remaining balance of your card and charge it accordingly beforehand.
[Notice on Refund]
Before purchasing tickets, please understand that the handling fee below will be charged in the case of refund.
Normal bus ticket/Round trip bus ticket: 100 yen/ticket, Coupon ticket: 210 yen, Commuter pass: 520 yen
(*Fees apart from the handling fee above may be charged depending on the purchase method)
Refund of bus ticket is only acceptable within the operation period (validity period). However, this shall not apply to unavoidable circumstances that are acknowledged by our company such as natural disasters, etc.
Please note that refund cannot be made for bus tickets that are past the operation period (validity period).
Before purchasing tickets, please understand that the specified handling fee will be charged for delays, etc. that occurred not due to our company's willful misconduct or negligence.
Please note that in case of refund for bus tickets purchased through locations apart from our company, such as the Internet, convenience stores, travel agencies, etc., our company's refund handling fee + retailer's refund handling fee + ticket shipping fee + bank transfer handling fee will be charged.
[In case of ticket purchased by cash at the departure bus stop]
In principle, please bring the bus ticket to the bus stop where you have purchased it.
Refund can be made at other bus stops on the same route if there are on-site staffs.
(Ex) In case of refund for ticket from Kansai Airport ~ Osaka Station
Refund can be made through on-site staffs of Kansai Airport, HERBIS Osaka and Hotel New Hankyu bus stops.
[In case of ticket purchased by credit card at the departure bus stop]
Please note that refund of ticket purchased by credit card can only be made through the counter where the ticket was purchased.
In that case, the credit card which was used to purchase the ticket will be necessary.
[In case of ticket purchased through the bus driver]
Refund can be made at Kansai Airport or other bus stops on the same route if there are on-site staffs.
Refund through bank transfer is also accepted.
In that case, refund handling fee of 100 yen/ticket + ticket shipping fee + bank transfer handling fee will be charged.
(Ex) In case of refund for ticket from Kansai Airport ~ Nanko/Tenpozan (Kaiyukan Aquarium)/Universal Studios Japan Refund can be made through on-site staffs of Kansai Airport and Universal Studios Japan bus stops.

The buses are not non-step type therefor, it is not possible for passengers to getting on and remain seated in wheelchair during the travel. [Regarding limousine bus with elevator (lift)]
To customers who want to get on the bus while sitting on wheelchairs or those who need nursing.
Operating in buses with ◆ mark.
From December 16 2019, "Limousine bus with elevator (lift)" in which customers can get on while sitting on wheelchairs has started operating in some buses and bus stops between Kansai Airport ⇔ Osaka Airport Line, Amagasaki Line, Nara Line.
If you wish to get on the bus while sitting on wheelchairs, reservations by contacting to the contact details below are necessary. Reservations are available from 1 month prior - 5pm of the day before the boarding date for Osaka Airport Line and Amagasaki Line, and from 1 month prior - 7pm of the day before the boarding date for Nara Line. Please check the operating company and make reservations.

[The instructions below are based on regulations of Kansai Airport Transportation. Regarding jointly operated buses, please check as handlings might vary depending on the company.]
・Only 1 wheelchair can be used for each bus.
・In case seats supporting wheelchairs are all occupied, usage will not be available due to operation of the elevator, so handling will be similar to "Wheelchair" written above.
・Wheelchair with length within 120cm, height within 109cm and width within 70cm are applicable.
・Operation of elevator for wheelchairs and guides inside the bus will be made by the bus staff.
・It might take some time for the staff to seat you. So please leave enough time to spare when going to the bus stops.
・Due to safety reasons, please fasten your seat belt while seated.
・Please understand in advance that you will not be able to move to normal seats.
・Please note that in case of maintenance or malfunction, limousine buses without elevator might be operating without any prior notice.
・We cannot take responsibility for any accidents, troubles, damages of equipment or injuries during usage of the facility which are not due to our negligence.
・Regarding carry-on items, eating and drinking inside the bus, please refrain from bringing items with strong smells or those that make sounds.
[Courtesy Seats]
There are two courtesy seats (behind driver’s seat) available in each bus for passengers with disabilities or injury.
[Service Dogs]
Service dogs defined by “Assistance Dog Laws” are allowed to accompany in the passenger cabin for free of charge.
Pets (dogs, cats and other small animals) are allowed to accompany their owner in the passenger cabin for free of charge only when they are in pet carrier. The carrier has to be on your knees or at your feet. However, we might have to decline when it could disturb other passengers with offensive odor and/or barking, etc.
Pets are not allowed to be stored in the luggage compartment.
